Google is a great place to be?

Everything is pretty much run by the engineering - PMs and testers are conspicuously absent from the process. While they do exist in theory, there are too few of them to matter.

The Google Manager is a very interesting phenomenon. On one hand, they usually have a LOT of people from different businesses reporting to them, and are perennially very busy.

Having worked at Microsoft before, I think there is an inherent bias in the way he has expressed his opinions, but I do not think we can brush aside all of his comments.
